WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
THE EXPERIENCE I BRING
I’m the commercial real estate specialist on the team. After 20 years’ experience, including as Partner at two leading real estate firms (Nabarro’s and Berwin Leighton) and inhouse for a health company, there is little I don’t know about my subject. For some of our clients, this is business as usual because their business models hinge on transacting in real estate and here I’m actively involved in structuring deals and managing lawyers and other advisers to reduce fees and keep everything on track. In other cases, it’s more ad-hoc and I help where for example a client is moving offices. I have cultivated a tough but fair approach, an eye for the commercial aspects, and an exceptional ability to anticipate and unblock issues. WHEN I'M NOT WORKING
I have a huge interest in fashion which comes in useful with three daughters and I collect sunglasses (around 50 pairs!). I love opera and have almost achieved my aim of seeing opera in every European city. Next stop is La Scala in Milan. Then, I’ll start on the US!
